All orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery time depends on your location:
Within India: 3–7 business days
Remote or rural areas: 7–10 business days
Please note: Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen issues.
3. Shipping Charges
Standard Shipping: A minimal shipping fee may apply (if applicable).
Free Shipping Offers: Available during special promotions or above a certain order value.
Shipping charges (if any) will be shown at checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
A tracking link
Courier partner name
Tracking ID
You can track your order in real-time using the provided tracking information.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 2 delivery attempts.
If the delivery fails:
The package may be returned to us
You may need to pay additional charges for re-shipment
Please ensure your phone number and address are accurate.
6. Wrong or Incomplite Address
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
Delivery may be delayed or fail
Additional charges may apply for re-delivery
Orders may be canceled by the company if the address issues cannot be resolved
7. Damaged or Missing Products
If your product arrives damaged, tampered, or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video proof.

8. International Shipping
At the moment, N.V Ayurveda ships only within India.

9. COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders
COD availability depends on your pin code.
Some remote areas may not support COD.
